Now, you need to de-define yourself.
Then you'll be fine again.
My yoga teacher often says this to us in class because in yoga, self-realization means recognizing the deeper, limitless nature of the higher Self. Just as defining yourself by external factors limits the boundaries of who you are, defining yourself as a particular brand of human being limits the ideas and creative work you produce.
We are more than our bodies, more than our minds, and more than what we do, so identifying with these things only limits us. So. . .stop it. Recognize your whole self and you will have more openness and creativity.
